The author has indicated to highlight and address the following main questions:To answer the question, “How pivotal is higher education in shaping the innovators and entrepreneurs of tomorrow?”To further explore “the critical role of higher education in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within the technology sector. And to understand “how higher education equips individuals with the cognitive, creative, and entrepreneurial competencies essential for thriving in a technology-driven economy?”None of these questions was really answered. It is nice work with respect to analyzing some basic needs and provides some literature references on past works - some are really old and in the meantime obsolete. The conclusion, based on “an empirical investigation to explore the intricate relationship between Bachelor's level higher education and economic dynamics within the technology sector, specifically focusing on Colombia,” lacks the scientific rigor and the depth needed to draw any real insights. What is mentioned has been demonstrated and published before. The author uses and provides examples (Indonesia) without providing any details on why this is considered important and relevant to this paper and the described research. Also, some very interesting phrases are used ("… research design adopts an interpretivist paradigm …" and “… a purposive sampling strategy …”) that are not or not detailed enough explained and without providing references on their use.The interview design lacks reasoning and essentials (number of participants, demographics, …) and cannot be considered scientifically sound.Sorry for this negative review, but I would not recommend publishing as a scientific paper, maybe as a case study or perspective.
