Thank you, author, for your hard work. I find the reading interesting overall. However, I would like to request the authors to consider the following suggestions for further improvement:It is useful to mention the efficiency of this model rather than that of other similar models and also to clearly mention the unique feature of this study. I think the authors can explain the reasons for choosing the features (e.g., rainfall, streamflow, water level, and temperature data) for flood prediction, especially the temperature. Please also explain more about how these selected features could contribute to predicting reliable outcomes.I request to provide more explanation on the following line: “while the temperature is inversely related to floods with a -0.28 correlation value. A lower temperature has a higher chance of rain and subsequent flooding.”In future work, the author may suggest which other relevant indicators besides the given features (e.g., rainfall, streamflow, water level, and temperature data) could be added for further development of the dashboard. I wish the authors all the best.

Thank you, author, for your time and effort in preparing this article. It was an interesting read. However, I think this paper needs major revision. Following are some of my suggestions for the revision of this article. In the introduction section, the author may include the background for his work with a relevant literature review. It is also suggested to include what the reason and significance of his choice in selecting the methodology are. The author may also consider identifying the novelty or new point of his work.In the methodology section, I think it is useful to include the reason for the study area selection and mention the significance of that area for the country. I suggest adding some detail about the location of the monitoring section from where the data were collected. The author may also include the data types and add the data sources used in this study. In the results section, please describe all the tables and figures used in this study in detail and analyze your findings. It is also useful to provide a precise conclusion with relevant recommendations and limitations (if any). Please also include a discussion by comparing your results with previous findings and explain the reason for similarities or differences. The reference section appears to be insignificant. This study may include more references (e.g., 20 or more) from recent studies (e.g., 2020 or more recent), and all the figures and tables need to be prepared properly before publication. I wish the author all the best with further revision work.
